Tapibel Launches new Healthcare Carpets treated with Ultra-Fresh
Tapibel NV, Overpelt, Belgium and Thomson Research Associates, Toronto, Canada are pleased to announce the introduction of the new Care Collection of healthcare carpeting treated with Ultra-Fresh. The new products will be featured on the Tapibel stand at the Domotex show in Hannover, Germany, Jan 16-19, 2010.
The Ultra-Fresh antimicrobial treatment keeps carpets cleaner, fresher and more hygienic by inhibiting bacteria and molds. This helps to reduce the contamination that grows on the inevitable spills and deposits on carpets.
Treating healthcare carpets is an important part of a programme designed to keep facilities cleaner and more hygienic, even between regular cleanings.
The Ultra-Fresh treatment also helps to create an inhospitable environment for dust mites, which have been shown to be a major cause of allergies and asthma.
The initial product to be launched in the UK will be Care Tech, a specialist healthcare carpet produced in exclusive partnership with Birch International. For Europe and their other world wide markets Tapibel propose to offer several of their new and existing contract qualities enhanced with the Ultra Fresh treatment these ranges will be highlighted on the Tapibel stand D34 in hall 5 at Domotex Hanover.
